The park is located along the Red Sea coast of Saudi Arabia, as a part of the King Salman Automotive Cluster which is based within the Special Economic Zone of King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC SEZ). The city is approximately 100km and a 1-hour drive away north of Jeddah, the kingdom’s biggest coastal city.

Yes, the park will be equipped with utilities, including water, electricity, sewage, and telecommunications. Tenants will receive their land leveled and prepared for connection to the utilities as needed for their facilities.
King Abdullah Economic City features a variety of accommodation amenities outside the Special Economic Zone; the city has six residential districts including workforce accommodation and affordable housing to mid-high end range apartments, townhouses and villas. In addition, KAEC features two 5-star hotels conveniently close to the park.
